for some reason for the last week everytime i play quake i will like lock up for a secong or 2 randomly and cantturn and when i move forward sometimes ill keep moving forward after i realse the key ive tryed to ignore it and thought maybe it would go away ive reset my config ove tried diffrent clients and a diffrent mouse and i still have the problem any help would be great plz :\

But I think I've deciphered you, and I bet there are some programs running in the background that are causing the problems. Try closing everything in the task bar, for a start. You may need to look into using anti-spyware software as well.
