    i'll gonna find out if i can warp the map.


    negative. the host_error doesnt allow you to stay connected to give you the opportunity to even change it back to CA. you guys ruined my quake(life)!!!!!!!!

        negative, proquake downloaded it for me. i even got a "web download successful" notification, then it reloaded the server, then the error.

          alright, i downloaded the map pak, and found the problem. the map proquake downloaded was only 253 bytes. whatever is in place on the quake-1 autodownload ftp (or whatever) for the auto-map download of kothdm6 is not the intended file.

          so whoever runs that, needs to put the right files on the target link for proquake to auto-download and run correctly.

            Chuck, those other maps work for me. dm6arena still doesn't though, even with the one you sent me.

            EDIT: nevermind, the .bsp that qrack auto downloaded was only 2 KB. And it was in a folder away from my other maps, but I guess it was still trying use the the bad one.

              ALRIGHT, IT'S AWESOME!

              seriously that's fun. you know since it's so early in its' life it's gonna garner some criticism as well as acclaim. i'm on the side of suggestion. Teams would be awesome. like if you or your partner are on the hill, you both get points, or.. you and your whole team have to be on the hill to get points..

              also, a map that isn't so wide open. where, to be knocked off the proverbial hill (by the way, not every map should the hill literally be a peak) you have to be skillfully killed, instead of just sniped off. and it doesn't have to be a balance beam, give it a clear landing/fighting area... where melee skills decides king of the hill.

              i wouldn't bother with all of my input if i didn't find it truly fun and in possession of a lot of potential to be great. srsly dude, you and whoever helped, gj.
