Latest incarnation of CRCTF, has a CRMOD sub mode. So, yes I can setup the server and you can ingame vote for CTF or DM whichever the crowd decides. Also on a side note u can use the hook in DM but that would only be something voted at 3am on a map that way to big for normal DM.
