What date (not build) is the working version? type version in console to see the actual build date.
someday ill have to start a new minimal build as there are a lot of features that are not used or are obsolete or just done the wrong way....

Build 3655 is the last one that allows me to touch waypoints in noclip mode. The date for this version is Feb 28th, 2012. There may be a few builds after this that work also; I don't know. The next build I have after 3655 is 3864, compiled on sept 24th, 2012 - and this build has the noclip change applied. So the change was made sometime between Feb 28th and Sept 24th of 2012. That is as specific as I can get, unfortunately!

Don't get too ambitious! I've seen a few developers of engines for other games that decided to rebuild their engines (like the Doomsday engine for Doom), and they are still rebuilding 10 years after they started. Qrack is very stable, with the exception of the few things I've mentioned, and those things can easily be fixed. I think you are better off just continuing to fix and add features to Qrack.
sometimes models dont have a baked in texture, and only use the external textures. With gl_external_texture_models 0 some items will become black.
set that cvar to 1 or replace the model!
LH I cant remember if i told you this but toggle sv_disable_noclip_touch_triggers to enqable/disable touching triggers when in noclip mode.
