Qrack cl_delivery 1

I would like you to rollout cl_delivery 1 to all qrack clients going forward.

cl_delivery 1 launches the fast food delivery menu's from your qrack console.

Now you do not need to quit quaking to order food.

I would imagine embedding a webbrowser would have a similar affect, and would be the easier route (instead of affiliating the engine with commercial entities), as well as supporting a wider range of (international) home-delivery companies.
