QuakeWorld Client PPC Macs? (ezQuake comp.)

Hey everybody, first time posting here.
I'm currently planing a Lan-Party for me and some friends. I really want to
have a quake tournament with them, but I need compatible Clients! Some use Windows, some Linux and Some Mac. Some of the Mac people actually still use PPC Macs (G4). I have an iBook G4 myself from back then and I'm looking for clients! ezQuake works great on Windows, Linux and Intel Macs and it says to be compatible with PPC macs with OSX Tiger (10.4). I have 10.4 on the ibook, but the application just closes itself! I tried other clients such as fuhquake, which work on the iBook, but can't connect to servers hosted with ezQuake! I really want to use Quakeworld instead of the usual Quake! Can anybody help me with this?

Well if you want to use a quakeworld client, your best bet will most likely be Darkplaces. It has some visual updates as well, which is nice. It can connect to regular and quakeworld servers. Here's the link: https://icculus.org/twilight/darkplaces/download.html

You'll wana get Latest stable/official release, and one that matches the OS.

Qrack is also a quakeworld client (I think) but I know nothing about it. Link is here: QRACK

I personaly use proquake for most of my quaking, although it does not support quakeworld servers. Link is here: ProQuake 4: The official continuation of ProQuake

If you need any help setting up your darkplaces, you might wana talk to a user named cobalt. I can help a little, but he knows the client better that I do (like, way better). Anyway, hope that LAN party works out.

FTEQW ftw. get that. It's the most up to date qw client thanks to Spike and Mushi.

btw if your going to LAN, you don't even need to bother with QW....
