    i searched the forums for an answer but no luck. why doesn't qrack support impulse 12? is there another command that serves the same purpose?

      Qrack supports impulse 12.

      Here is what is going on: I bet the single player mod you are using doesn't support "impulse 12".

      I used to run into this in JoeQuake and always thought it was JoeQuake's fault when really what the problem was is that the mod author used Progs 1.01 as the codebase for the mod instead of Progs 1.06.

      An example of a couple of mods that don't support impulse 12 because they were based on progs 1.01 and not progs 1.06:

      Fat Controller's Duke of Ontranto
      Vondur's Castle of Koohoo

      There are MANY mods with this problem. Just bind impulse 10 instead

        doh, nevermind i figured out the prob, i never patched quake before taking the pak files, i just grabbed them from a default install. thank you
