look in options , for low graphics setting, its right beside high graphics setting.

basically flip to options, video options, and select FAST
(yet this also turns off r_dynamic which controls the dynamic lights), I suggest r_dynamic 1 afterwards. this will basically make it down right Proquake with Qrack features

I know this seems a bit bass ackward but I was finding Qrack ran a bit stickily, i.e it would be perfectly smooth most of the time but whenever I picked any thing up, (possibly at other times too) it would slow up for a moment. Then I turned all the settings to maximum just for fun and since then it's run really smoothly.
