Who created these hud pics?

I downloaded the 7 HUD Elements Sets from the downloads section to look at the custom huds. I use some of these pics in my hud and want to know who the artists of these hud icons are.



The powerup/rune/key(flag) pics appear in many of the huds in the download. I have no idea who "thatoneguyswithnofaces" is And I'm not sure if tremorz is the artist or just someone using the hud pics

For the most part, no one knows.

I think some of the icons were borrowed from other games, personally like Quake 3 and Generations Arena.

The guys at Quakeworld.nu would be the ones most likely to know.

Those all look to be variants of the Q3A Ranger model, close ups of the head model taken at various angles and slightly adjusted to show a change of facial expression. The blood looks half decent, the pent and quad eyes just look silly to me. The runes are still Quake's original models from the look of it, the flags are the same model and skin I'm used to seeing from TF. I recognize the armor but can't remember from where. The powerups are simple enough they could just be photoshopped pics of the original model, and the biohazard icon is a common thing...

So in short, no real answer to your question.

The eyes in the invisibility avatar are the pent eyes, oddly enough.

I didn't add the invisibility avatar because I made a modification of it (and will probably make a modification of the pent/ring avatar as well sometime)
