Qrack + High Quality + 8800gtx

So I played a little quake yesterday on my new pc and set Qrack to the highest settings. As I wasplaying I would get lines that would move up the screen as I moved... any idea on how to stop/fix that?

vid_vsync 1, set the refreshrate as high as you can go and set cl_maxfps 999

horizontal bands that scroll up(or down) the screen, is a result of overlapping frames, mostly happens when turning..

Definatly need to enable vertical sync. Your computer is processing way more FPS than your monitor can handle.
