Mac GLProQuake In A Window

[Dreadful]

I tried playing in a window so I could chat with my girl on instant Messanger, but I had to goto the control settings to turn my mouse use on. Is there an easy way to toggle this? Plus I cant really get the gamma command to work while im in this window also. It just Screws up my entire config!
