Can't play ctf demo

Hey guys I found a old demo but it complains it can't find the maps/ctf2m1.bsp even though a newer ctf demo I have works fine. I'm using ProQuake, have 3wave installed, and am using Windows XP. Anyone know how I can get this to work?

No I don't even know where to put the map folder or how to get that map out of the .pak and to put it there. Why would I need to extract it out of the .pak when the other demo works fine?

You're right, I tried some of the other demos and they work fine. How can I get ctf3m1.bsp?
