i use Quake v1.6 + ProQuake launcher final v.1.1 and setting always run on/off in main menu does nothing. Run is always on. Any way to fix this issue?

You could type in the console
cl_forwardspeed 200
cl_sidespeed 350
cl_backspeed 200
To manually turn off always run.
The ProQuake Launcher, while nice at the time, is really unsupported as this point as most of the ProQuake Launcher features were built into ProQuake 4 (resolution switching, gamma control, mouse look, etc.)Quakeone.com - Being exactly one-half good and one-half evil has advantages.
