  • Qrack 1.90 on Microsoft Windows 7

When I attempt to run Qrack 1.90 on Microsoft Windows 7 I get this Error:

Anyone know what the problem is?

You need to use all the dlls in the Qrack download including the zib1.dll and libcurl.dll that are in the Qrack download.

You may already have a different zlib1.dll or libcurl.dll from, say, DarkPlaces but you cannot use those, you must use the version in the Qrack 1.90 download and Qrack won't run without them.

I have DP and Qrack installed same folder, installing Qrack after DP
Qrack's libraries work fine with DP as well...

Okay, one Error fixed now on the the next one... Qrack 1.90 just stops responding without ANY error! No Error log, it just says "Qrack 1.90 has stopped responding.". Probably compatibility issues. Thanks Microsoft! Cheap OS! This is why you shouldn't go to Vista or above!

This is a known issue with QRack on Windows 7, and it will be fixed in the next release. For now I understand you can work around it by running in XP SP3 compatibility mode.
