I have added 24-bit textures for maps and weapon graphics, and I absolutely love them. QRack comes with a team skin, but you cannot use this for team games. Is there a way to just update the original player skin to 24-bit and use them during team games as well?

cl_teamskin 1 will determine the color of the team(via the scoreboard) and apply it to the team skin.

Primevil made a player_0.png thats 24-bit. I tried putting that into quake/qrack/texture/, but nothing changed?
The player model included with QRack looks very Q3ish...was hoping for more original quake player, but just better quality.

Thanks, Rook! They look great, but unfortunately, they eat up so much FPS, that I cannot use these to play competitively.

that's actually the md3 player model. with the missing gun skin.
gl_loadq3models 0 to load normal player model and save some fps.

Few questions for ya bud.
In those SS's is that qrack's textures or rygels? it looks flawless I am downloading rygels just too see myself
How did you center the status bar?

Use scr_centersbar 1 to center HUD.
I have mixed my graphics from QRack's and Rygel's. For instance, I am using number HUD graphics from Rygel; but, I am using weapon graphics from QRack's web page. If this doesn't make sense, I will try to zip up my gfx folder for you.

There are many cvars that you can tweak your settings to increase fps, but Qrack runs best on geforce 4 series and greater cards. ATI does alright in the 9000 series but if for instance you have a 5200FX its gonna suffer at higher settings, (my geforeceTI4200 runs better than my 5200fx!)
I will continue optimizing the code to work faster on older cards. The md3 code for qrack is solid, and loads 99% of the md3 models I have tried. but with more verticies and rendering 3 times for each skin layer, things can get bogged down. On my 6600gt and up gfx cards I maintain a stead 200fps in all situations.
I know documentation sucks, mainly cause using cvarlist or cmdlist can pretty much provide enough clues, I still need to add descriptions to output like DP and Source engine do..
