darkplaces fps tweaks

r_shadow_shadowmapping 1 gave me almost ten more fps.

i found this setting gave me another 3 or 4
r_shadow_shadowmapping_precision ".5"

i dont want to have to lower my resolution to enable all the effects i want.

any help would be great.
