steps taken ; obtained Rygel UHR 3 rar's,decrompressed to 1 pk3 file,renamed to zip. obtained latest DP and DPmod,already had Quake obv
Install quake to *:\Quake\ (Del OpenGL32.dll)
Install DP to *:\Quake\ (where you installed Quake)
Install DPmod to *:\Quake\ (Quake Folder,now containing DP engine)
Those steps followed to the T. I used to skip this step,GG mindz.
Rename the PK3 extension to ZIP , extract to *:\Quake\dpmod\ , overwrite as needed.
This is like my 8th attempt installing this crap. I havent tested my results,I was more concerned with documenting the whole experience step by step.

-there you go to the dpmod/maps folder and delete the files b_exbox2.bsp and b_explob.bsp
-there you go to the dpmod/progs folder and delete the files v_dplight.mdl,v_dpnail.mdl,
v_dpnail2.mdl,v_dprock.mdl,v_dprock2.mdl,v_dpshot. mdl und v_dpshot2.mdl
