maybe adjust sys_rate
and, if you didnt know, you can type
r_
and hit tab, it will show all r_ values, same goes for gl_ and cl_

What you want to do is using this cvar:
Regards,slowmo is "1.0" ["1.0"] controls game speed, 0.5 is half speed, 2 is double speed

 I'll let you all know what I have planned, making my quake look great.
You will see in the future.
as far as the speed of demo playback in darkplaces, I haven't tried what Mindf!3ldzX suggested yet, but will do that later tonight and post my results.
