retrieving demos from a quakeworld server

played some QW earlier and I saw it say something like "server starts recording: duel_chrome_vs_whoever.mvd," then after the match the server said the demo was done recording.

is there anyway to download the demo from the server?

edit: figured it out. type server addy in firefox and was able to download demo
