I googled creating Crossfire profiles (a lot) ,and eventually stumbled across instructions for getting Crossfire enabled for OpenGL applications at the Furmark website and it was 2ez!
Sometimes it won't work, but rename your program like glQrack.exe or darkplaces.exe , to SeriousSam.exe , and if that doesn't work try etqw.exe
Tested on
darkplaces.exe -> SeriousSam.exe
furmark.exe -> SeriousSam.exe
