erm.... could you perhaps provide a screenshot? just press F12, and the screenshot will be placed in ID1\screenshots.
and then upload it to immg.com or imageshack or so and add it to your post
its more easy to help when we can see what code the error has
cuz it could be anything.are you curious about what all there is out there in terms of HD content for quake?
> then make sure to check out my 'definitive' HD replacement content thread! <
everything that is out there for quake and both mission-packs, compiled into one massive thread

well, first off what would help is a little more detail about your rig , what version of darkplaces , are you trying to use custom content?
provide us with as much detail as you can think of....
turn off r_glsl to start with, thats the error showing up.
in console type in
r_glsl and then hit tab button, start turning them off.Last edited by Mindf!3ldzX; 05-12-2012, 03:02 PM.Want to get into playing Quake again? Click here for the Multiplayer-Startup kit! laissez bon temps rouler!

r_glsl 0
in console
this should *i think* disable all r_glsl features, and you'll be 1 step closer to using darkplaces.Want to get into playing Quake again? Click here for the Multiplayer-Startup kit! laissez bon temps rouler!

LordHavoc said to add this to the command line....
darkplaces.exe -noshaders. I recommend you create a shortcut to the darkplaces.exe (right click, create shortcut or send to - desktop as shortcut)
right click the shortcut , and in the Target field , add -noshaders with a space between darkplaces -noshaders
see if that does the trickWant to get into playing Quake again? Click here for the Multiplayer-Startup kit! laissez bon temps rouler!
