Help with a QWCA server

Ive got a QWCA setup on a dedicated box in Texas. I've had a few issues i cant solve hope you guys can help.

1. I cant get it to show up on any master list

2. I cant get damage scoring to work

If anyone can please help me with these issues i would be thankful.
