Issues with editing MOTD

I've been trying to edit the MOTD at the Chicago Killzone server for it to show the new DNS, but it does not seem to work. I edited the userdefs.cfg and had the hosting company run crmake.exe, and I reset the server, but the MOTD does not change. Am I missing a step?

Actually, I take that back. Seems like you should have already edited that looking at the Killzone MOTD.

Is all in the hair son!. bangs tucked behind the ear? or wolv If you perm your hair twice in opposite directions, does it come out straight?

recompile progs.dat

Badaim fixed this issue for me. He edited progsdat using UltraEdit.
