FTEQW - Unable to do MLOOK, thinks I am in window mode?

Even with full screen enabled, it somehow thinks I am in a window, thus stopping me from using mouselook.

Using FTEQW because thats what the server is running.

Works on my windows 7 x64 box at work, but not at home.

Video is a GTX480, with nvidia drivers of course.

Any suggestions?
