      Hi Mon,

What is it you are trying to do? There can be some oddities with 2008 and some changes in the way it is controlled from a Server admin and security perspective, but it largely depends on what you need it to do. If a plain and simple .Net website is all you need then should be pretty straightforward to set up and manage.

      Kind regards
      Monty

I am currently running one on a CLI Ubuntu server and have gotten one up on CentOS as well. It's very easy setup.

You can have it working on 2008 R2 as well. Your only issue will be the initial 'dampening' of the servers' initial hardened state.

              Sweet! I'm guessing it's quake.crctf.com?

              I may drop by sometime.
