    MODEL HAS BEEN UPDATED - THE UPDATE IS IN THE SCOURGE OF ARMAGON WEAPONS PACK


    Now as I said the the WiP thread. This has VERY basic UV Mapping - meaning if you want to reskin - it will be very simple. Want to make it steel? Find a steel texture and resize to 512x512 and paste it over - no making it fit into weird shapes. I included a readme on the skinning as there are some things to keep in mind when doing so.

    This is the "Final". In quotations as it could be updated if needed. I further dropped the polygons for the view model to 792 polygons while keeping the FULL bone handle. This also has a more "Classic" animation. See Seven's post below to see how the old covered your screen. Doesn't happen with this one. Also this by default has the "Classic" skin applied with my original in the zip.
    For model editors, you will notice what appears to be a error on the side of the view model that you don't see. That was done on purpose, it fixed the invisible "bracket" on the right side of the model, due to the sharp angle you couldn't see it. So it's lowered for the view model to it's slightly visible. So if editing this, I recommend keeping it.

    CLASSIC SKIN!!!
    As the title is. My skin did differ alot in "style" of the original. So using some of the textures from "Rygels Pack" I made a skin that is much more true to the original for those who want it. After making it, I am actually going to be using it over my first skin.

    I optimized the view model. Went from 1406 polygons to 960. However this resulted in having the bone handle modified with a little quality loss. However not really noticeable.

    For those who want the unoptimized model. Not sure why but it's still here. It uses the "Grey Hammer" skin. You can apply the Classic skin by just replacing the textures.

          Im thinking I may do that next. The model itself is pretty basic. Was never a real fan of it as it just differed so much compared to the other weapons (just didn't "fit") so if I was to do it, it's shape will remain similar but the texture would greatly differ from the original.

            Updated the model - removed over 400 polygons from the view model.

              Classic Skin
              Just as it sounds, basically my first design I did my own style. This one here keeps true to the original design in as much aspects as possible.

                Hello ooppee,

                First of all: Thank you for this wonderful Hammer and that you share your work !

                I tested all of your versions and found my favorite: classic (I think you guessed it)

                The animation is not comparable to Lara�s. It is better in all aspects.

                The only little "negative" thing which I want to say is,
                I have the feeling of hitting my own head everytime when using the hammer

                  lol yeah I did notice that. I wanted to reduce the "jumpyness" of the original animation. That way up there if frame 2 then on Frame 3 is basically all the way down. So I smoothed it out (frame 3 is all the way up) and reduced the height of the lift.
                  I was going to tweak that but waited to see what others would say about it I kept it as it felt more "powerful" when you see the size of the hammer as you swing it.
                  Can do a more true to original swing but that would require using the "unoptimized" model as you'd see all of the bone handle.

                      Took Seven's reply and applied it. Now more "Classic" animation too. Goes a bit more to the side to give off that effect that you are swinging it over your shoulder.
                      Also on big update for it. The weapon is now dropped even more to 792 polygons (for view model only - keeping world very detailed) WITH the full handle.
