Downloaded and a couple suggestions.
The texture is 718x1024 this can cause issues on some graphics cards.
Make it 768x1024 or match your normal map of 512x1024. 512 is the better option for compatibility as some cards require the whole: 2,4,8,16,32,64,128,256,512,1024....ect

The other is the gloss texture, it's a flat color with no alpha channel. So it's taking up a decent chunk of memory with no detail on the texture. Resize it to 8x8 and you will get the exact same effect with MUCH less resources taken.
The glow can be resized too as it's just the eye - 192x256 (try it, and then double if it looks bad). I know it is used also on the attack. You could leave those glows and just apply it to the non-attack skin glow (although try it on the attack and see how it looks).

The gloss becomes under 1kb, about 20x smaller in filesize than before.
GPU wise, I think it'd be more helpful too as it is loading a 716x1024 texture instead of a 8x8.

I have resized the textures. Unpacked this Enemy is about 1,5MB smaller, packed 700kB smaller than before.
