So, I was thinking of making a zombie mod of sorts.
Public opinion welcome!
Here's a gameplay ruleset i was thinking about... nothing set in stone for sure....
Something like ...
Everyone spawns normal FREE FOR ALL (no teams)....kinda
A few AI enemies spawn....
If a player gets attacked by a zombie (close range) he becomes a zombie grunt, can only shoot 1 weapon + melee attack (axe)
if he is further beat down he himself becomes a zombie and can only use melee attacks, (or close range fists)...
Map has normal weapon spawns or limited FREE inventory...
Zombies die from nades or rl (or axe)?
Last man alive wins the round.
Everyone respawns. Or just a 20 minute mash of player->grunt->zombie->respawn to player over and over.....
I've watched DayZ gameplay and Zombie Panic (HL2 mod) but 90% of the time they are not fighting zombies! Just running around talking on MICs trying to do something else!!
I'm just trying to think of a fun mod that utilizes a monster with gameplay strategy that will bring new players around for a minute or two
any suggestions?
