Gaming mice. Yay or nay?

I love my Razer Deathadder, have a Mamba too, I like optical better than laser. Several dead logitech G5's etc.

Logitech G5 or G500, best gaming mice I've had. they're both above $50 new.

I heard the DeathAdder is an excellent gaming mouse but it doesn't look to comfortable.
