Had a wee look around wikileaks couldn't find anything matching the beforeitsnews documents. These guy's will also tell you that cancer is a fungus, I'll let you do the math on that.
It always perplexes me that some people will spend more than a deacade flapping their arms about how 9/11 was an inside job and totally miss the whole Iraq war, Gitmo, Abu Graib etc. As Snowdon demonstrated, revealing vast tranches of government secrets isn't beyond the scope of human ingenuity. If the truth is out there how come none of you guy's have anything to show for it?
Same goes for HAARP, why would you be so worried about a weapon which might or might not exist if you're not actively campigning against the one's that definatly do, and which make HAARP look like an over enthusiastic Christmas cracker.
