  • What browser are you using?

simple question, what browser are you using and have you customized it in any way?

    /Firefox 28

How it looks in use (I normally keep it windowed and have multiple instances up for streaming/browsing /g/ whilst doing my standard browsing)

(I should really get around to doing a custom newtab page for all of the sites I go on regularly)

Chrome all the way for me. It's simple, loads quickly and supports all the bells and whistles on the internet.

I like chrome, but I don't like having a botnet browser that is designed with advertising in mind, especially since they're considering removing adblock and similar apps from the app list and will prevent people using it on chrome

which is a real shame to be honest

I guess I'm just too biased as somebody who spent a lot of time on linux with DWB as my primary browser

firefox and sometimes some bullshit I made in AIR. It has the ability to do nothing but view pages. There isn't even a back button, right click menu, nothing.

Firefox with NoScript, Java disabled, cookies disabled, Flash disabled, Tab Mix Plus, and User Agent Switcher. I then set exceptions for a few sites.

If I need to use Java, Javascript, or login somewhere I use Chromium.

Well not yet, but SOON... now that Mozilla has caved to using DRM, albeit sandboxed(at first), to please the corporate content controllers.

I truly hate to think what he once AMAZING web will look like once they transform it to... wait for it... the NEW... "TV"!
