  • Colbert signs off for the final time.

but he did it with the biggest bang and group of awesome people you could ever have imagined. Soon as a legal link drops I'll provide it.

Man o man, TV just won't be the same.

It's going to be weird as fuck when he takes over the Late Show from David Letterman, but bet your ass I'll tune in and I'm betting millions of others will too.

Even people who don't like Colbert will probably tune in just to see what happens, imo.

This and The Daily show are the closest thing I watch to the news.

I will miss the Colbert Report, I am totally tuning in for the Late show when he takes over.

What show is taking over the slot left open by the Report?

I'm not sure yet bro, but I did stumble onto this....

December 18, 2014 - Grimmy - The Colbert Report - Full Episode | Comedy Central

I can't view it, but according to Why Colbert May Have Chosen That Final Song that link you can watch the full episode.

All I got when I clicked the link was some shitty Viacom / CableONE (my ISP) message about how they dropped it blah blah don't care. Still provided the link though, maybe you all can watch it there.

Stephen Colbert never interested me one bit. Actually none of the talk show's have ever interested me.

Oh that might be because I am a truck driver and have no life beyond making that mean green and stacking fat stacks of cash in the bank. I'll worry about this shit when I retire, If i make it there alive.

          Thanks mindz,
I vaguely remember that episode a week or so back.
Interesting that Mr Wilmore is having a go. I have only ever seen him on The Daily and not that regularly.
I wonder if Jason Jones will ever get his own show?

You don't have XM? I don't remember any drivers I met that didn't have either XM/Sirus and/or Direct TV and tons of movies. Hell for a short time I teamed with a guy that listen to Scifi Smut audiobooks. Until then I didn't even know something like that even existed. I spent many a night runs listening to Coast to Coast. I of course don't believe any the conspiracy theories they talk about on the show, but the people that call in are hilarious and helped keep me up on those long nights/early mornings. Everyone has his/her entertainment.

Coast to Coast is the shit!

WL if you have unlimited data plan on your cell, tether to it on your laptop. You could at minimum listen to stuff, at maximum watch them on your downtime. Them wheel's can't turn 24/7 as I'm sure your time driving gets logged. It's a thought

Radio is good at times but overall I can't stand the commercials.

I however never get tired of hearing the Crescent school of Bartending commercials lol

No, I don't have either. My wife and I team together and she listens to pandora radio and watches netflix. Myself I download mp3's. I typically just chat on the phone with some friends who also drive the late night shift like I do. We have ton's of DVD's and also I have an Xbox360 in the truck with a 24" LED samsung smart TV.

But mostly we just drive and sleep. We run a dedicated route from PA to WI and then every 10 days I go back to FL for 4 day's home time.
