Well for me I envisage today will probably go as follows..
1. Creating another couple of self building WES7 embedded wim's for some electronics projects I'm working on for a company.
2. Driving Home
3. Spend some time with my good lady and the kids
4. Look at why my new autosentry refuses to obey a standard taget.LookAt command.
5. Bang head on desk.
6. Write some test code
7. Wonder why the test code works on a different model but the Autosentry seems to be suffering from Sydenham's chorea
8. Buy some paracetamol and bandages (see below)
9. Bang head on desk
10. Work on my grap-hook before returning to my Autosentry
11. More Desk-based punishment
12. Pass out with severe head trauma

The OP reminds me of how I used to always type "Quake" into search engines when I couldn't remember what I meant to search for. Similarly, I'd often start on a blank page by writing "Quake" and scribbling it out.
