Uh, you can get starcraft for $10. and the whole battle chest (2 strat guides, orig starcraft +expansion) for $20. In EB games or a store like that you could probably buy it for $5 used.

The problem, Monster, is that I live outside the USA . So, $10 for me is R$20, and $20, R$40, if the price is the same here, in Brazil. But things here are always a bit more expensive.

However, I just checked out some prices and I found ones really cheap. Maybe I should try those out.
