April 5th saw the fall of two greats of the Grunge Rock world. in 1994, Kurt Cobain, former frontman of Nirvana, surrendered his life in Seattle at the age of 27. 8 years later, Layne Staley, former frontman of Alice In Chains, lost his battle with drug addiction in Seattle at the age of 34.

I agree taking drugs is dumb into the first place. Aside from being extremely beyond stupid, there is definite risk of death and those people gamble with their lives being fully aware of it and the undenialbe negative consequences that will follow. I have no respect for that.
As for CK, I really want that fake death to be true. Any proof of that aside from rumors?
Further, I have no respect for suicides. They end up straight down there. God created life and is beyond extremely upset by someone who takes the cowardly way out rather than overcome their pitfalls and fights never giving up.
If there is death involved it is dying doing your best. Now that is a hero that leaves behind a legacy that inspires. Into most cases, most succeed. With beyond extreme determination and will, everything is possible. Never accept defeat, never give up and you will win. If not, learn your error(s) and come back stronger with new knowledge until you overcome all your obstacles triumphantly and successfully. The satisfaction of achievement is overwhelming and definitely worth it.
