I always thought imitation was the highest form of flattery or whatever the expression is. I don't see what the problem really is.
Aren't most people's first web sites modeled after a site they think is cool. When I first started HTML I was taking huge portions of the javascript/CSS off of ESPN.com?
Anyways, I don't really care too much one way or the other but to me it hardly seems like anything to get upset about.
