I think anyone would beat me at quake right now because of my broken right wrist. It's been fucked for a long time now.

There could be a work-around for the wrist problem. If you desk is large enough you could place your elbow on it and use the elbow as your axis of rotation.

You could also try a increase in mouse sensitivity.

Open Quake Engine -> Console -> "Sensitivity OVER 9000!"

RothGelen: I play Quake with sensitivity 60 and fov 128 so I barely have to move the mouse around to aim. Move the mouse an inch to the left and I just did a 360 And I have been playing quake time to time; my wrist just hurts so I miss a lot of opportunities in battle. That's why I've been quaking less and using a gamepad to play sfiii more.

First my wrist got fucked from carpal tunnel syndrome but it slowly healed. My wrist literally broke from a bad mountain bike accident. It's going to take a long ass time for it to heal.
