1. Go to the video you want to save, let's use http://youtube.com/watch?v=ZA1NoOOoaNw as an example.
2. Wait for the video to become fully downloaded (when the red bar under the video is completely filled)
3. Go to www.keepvid.com and copy the url (http://youtube.com/watch?v=ZA1NoOOoaNw) of the video and paste it into the box. Select youtube from the drop-down box.
4. Click download.
5. You will see a box appear called download. Click �� Download Link ��.
6. When you save it, rename it to whatever.flv (I used bennylava.flv for this one)
7. Use Freez FLV-AVI/MPEG/WMV converter to convert it to your file format of choice. If you just "add" your .flv and click Start, it will convert to a .avi file. You will find it in c:/videooutput
Now you have a .avi you will have forever if you take care of it, regardless what YouTube does with the video.
