For those of you who are too stubborn like me to use a real burning program with lots of useless bloat and a navigation scheme that has been fubar'd in a new version (looks at nero 8 :shadedshu) and are trying to burn a bootable ISO:

The instructions are very simple. It uses Window's build-in IMPAI cd-burning service. Whenever you have an ISO you want to make bootable (in my case, it was MEmtest86+ v2.0), you just pop a blank CD-R in your burner, get to the ISO, right click on it, and click Copy image to CD. Then go from there... very simple, very efficent.
