Also the daughter is not specified having a room, "Saves the dog"? that sentence makes more sence with "Saves the dog" taken out which would then read

"Investigators, after an extensive investigation, conclude that no DNA was found at the scene of the crime other than that of the family members. In other words, this was an inside job."

Why was only the family member's DNA found at the scene? Was there more then one family member's DNA found or all 4 excluding the dogs DNA?

Tell me why nobody heard a thing but found a dead nameless dog?
Who is this dog? is he really a dog at all?

when DNA is scanned on sight, only the family name is specified, not individual first names.

the dog's name is Rover.

according to her aliby, the daughter was out getting the mail durring the time of the murder, so the location of her room is irrelivent.


i didnt say that the son didnt do it, i said that your reasons for suspecting him were wrong. so, if you just answer with a name, ill ask "why?" if you cant answer why correctly, then you dont get it right.

you arent looking at the proper clues. everything you need to solve the riddle has been listed in the initial riddle. dont look too deeply though, or youll find yourself coming up with some weird-ass answers like.. "Quake possessed the dog into killing itself!" or something like that.
