how to exit quake without cheating?

Okay, seriously dood, turn off the cheats, axe-murder the bot, and go to my thread "diaries of a nightmarist". Hop onto nightmare mode (or type skill 3 in console) and die. Often.

Then stop dying.

Lather, rinse, repeat.

I'm not sure if the "bind" will work like its supposed to but it should give you full armor, ammo and weapons PLUS Quad damage and on top of all that shoot your weapon every time you left-click your mouse.
