I haven't listened to Grind Finale all the way through. I've had it on my hard drive since it came but only recently have I really gotten into a little bit of grindcore. Mostly listen to death metal.Originally posted by Senban View Post

I can relate with the voice thing, although I like Iced Earth a lot. I also liked Children of Bodom up to their third album, then they started to sound more like Soulfly and some of their music sounds like a rip off of Pantera. my favorite form of metal has always been Thrash, like early Sepultura(Schizophrenia, Beneath The Remains, Arise), Kreator, Slayer up to their Divine Intervention album, etc. Death metal is sweet too, Death! I like some Cannibal Corpse, but the one I listen to a lot by far is The Bleeding.Comment

I've been listening to Baptized in Blood, Beneath The Massacre, Bleed From Within, Illdisposed, The Faceless and Urkraft lately. Some of it is melodic dm but like Bleed From Within has a The Black Dahlia Murder sound. I've just been downloading the new albums from bands I like before mostly but I do find a few cool things here and there just downloading stuff labeled 'death metal'.Originally posted by LockNLoad View PostComment

Agree about the Children of Bodom comment. When I first was getting into them, noone really had heard of Alexi Laiho.. but I had a feeling he would be popular eventually. Something Wild, Hatebreeder, Tokyo Warhearts and Follow The Reaper are my fav albums from them, every since then I haven't bought another album.Comment
