I just finished coding elimination mode.
Basically the only difference is, when someone dies, whomever they killed that round respawns, and the cycle continues until, everyone on one team is totally dead!!

btw from your description of elimination mode, i'm pondering it and trying to think if it would go on indefinitely?? or isn't it like rewarding people for dying, and punishing players for killing people?

nah , i have been playing this scenario for a couple weeks in CS:S
usually the majority overtakes the less. Though, one dynamic is that they all spawn in "their side" so you get alot of spawn campers.
But hey, im not saying this is stamped in virgin blood on the covenant of gameplay. WE can change anything or nix the whole idea..
Basically it means more fights and more gameplay, less waiting for the last camper to die, ie FASTER gameplay. We, just need to set it up and play!!.. Also, each player only has 1 gun, and as u kill your gun switches to a more skilled gun.
this hasnet been implemented in ca, as i just want to see how well the revival aspect works then maybe limit each player to two weapons for strategy
