Not at all. It can be done with any decent camera, really. An extremely helpful feature to have though, is auto exposure bracketing, or AEB. It will automatically take three (or sometimes more) differently exposed pictures for you once you set it to. Then you can just merge and tone map them using a program like Photomatix, which is what I use. A tripod/place to set the camera on is pretty useful too, since all three pictures should be exactly the same.Originally posted by rev View Post

Yeah, you'll find it on most any camera. I wouldn't be surprised if your results come out extremely grainy, though. I'd recommend trying it in a well lit area first.Originally posted by rev View PostComment
