  • Massive Freespace Increase

I've been critically low on hard drive space for a couple of weeks (too much Quake stuff: mods, texture sets, installers, etc.)

Finally today, I used Start --> Programs --> Accessories --> System Tools --> Disk Cleanup and managed to buy 1.4 Gig of free space by checking compressing old files.

I've done this once before and gained 4 GB. It would take 3 or 4 days for me to sort thru all the stuff on my hard drive, so I'm glad that option exists.

I had an external 170 GB ethernet drive and it broke! It stopped working and I'm not sure why.

(But I didn't lose anything, but it sucks!)

Yellow is right! Why delete when you can increase! The Recycle Bin is only used for hiding you porn now-a-days
