A day off where you can work outside or walk or run or something is easier to cope, but its pretty tough getting through a shaky stomach achy irritable day at work the next day where you have to pay attention to things and be nice to people to not get fired.
I've had a few glasses of milk after quitting for the night lots of times with no issue, but I drink 1/2 a gallon a day.Comment
