As for the Logo
There is a scene in the movie where a round window that resembles the one in the elder god shrine is broken.
I would like to use that with maybe a crow flying through.
As for the uv map I would like a new crow skin as it is a player model.

I thought you were interested in the charity function by your previous response,
As for getting a clan scrim going I doubt that is happening with such a slow response and turnout to orientation.
Choosing such an independent and creative lot does have a downside it would seem it is kind of like herding cats.

But maybe I am wrong ,let's find out

I'm very busy with my own projects, both of which are very demanding, so before I put time and energy into making logos for clans, or skins, I need to know what the plan is and what the schedule is and what we strive for. I won't make resources for a clan that doesn't work because that would be a waste of time.

At the risk of sounding like an asshole, I can't dedicate myself to something that doesn't have very strong leadership and a clear plan and schedule. I also am not interested in a Quake clan that serves as a frontend for charity or general dreaming at this point. In short, let's not waste time. You're the leader, make a plan.

Please have a complete plan before you call any meetings. I'm not interested in hanging out and smoking weed together. What do we want to accomplish?

Also, in case that isn't obvious, if you're the leader you are the one who does most of the work. Leadership is work, not just delegating. How about you paint that skin.

First of all,
There are 2 forms of leadership, Collaborative and Dictatorial.
Crow is the former,with a board of high council.
This is not a meeting it is an introduction of members for setting goals.
While I am capable of doing everything alone, what would be the point of having a clan if I hog all the limelight?
As for the charity I will NOT be taking any public donations.All funding is to be members only.The fund will be small so that is the reason for targeting the poorest kids ,5 bucks a month from me wont do anything for a kid in the US, but certainly may go a long way in a 3rd world country.
But again these are my aims and ideas .
I want to know what all of you aspire and imagine the clan should be and do.
There will be no ham fisted strict delegation or demands from me.
Again there are no demands placed on anyone, this is not 1997 and we don't have a backlog of upcoming matches.

What I have in mind for you ?
Secretary General.
I would have you track and summarize events as well as the fund.
Contributing to the fund is not required from anyone.
Do you have an idea how we could all get together somewhere privately
other than irc for discussion and drafting our clan manifesto?
I know this forum is not the place for it but at least everyone comes here.
