Is there anything you've ever wanted to either Start or Compliment a 'Gaming Cave' ???

I've always wanted to do one of these projects....

Maximum PC | How to Build a Kick-Ass MAME Arcade Cabinet from an Old PC

a MAME custom cabinet (with obviously, Galaga,PacMan,MK II,or some other "classic" art.)

The most difficult part would be getting a scale display at a conevient cost heh

I have an upright cabinet, got it for about 20$. Stored it in my basement for later (this means several years) transformation into a mame cabinet.

thats my "uber dream goal project" , an upright full scale MAME Cabinet.

(along with 1-2TB to house the regular roms + the CHD files, which are fn huge....)

The cabinet i own is a "multi" cabinet, no dedicated one. It has stylish 80s/90s colors, really nice (red/orange/brown lines on a red cabinet). Will be a nice project for the future when the rest of the house is finaly renovated.

Im suprised there isnt a company that doesnt outright sells a full "cabnet" PC MAME Arcade machine.

I know a guy who has retired from his day job to find old standup arcade machines and restore them, like ms. pacman, asteroids etc.. he sells them for over $1500 working, for each machine.

But something new and modern that still fits the retro feel, (plus mame and 50 games), i'd pay $800 - $1200 for one fully loaded with licensing fees.
