System of a Down will perform live in Montreal on August 11, 2012. Over the years, I have admired their changing styles of rock. I think that I should buy some tickets.

Used to listen to them a bit in that earlier years 90's.. But ive grown away from that type of music. Not really into punk rock/metal type music anymore. I enjoy rock/country/blues from 70's/80's/90's and some more updated songs. Now i do however like flogging molly and a band called 'devil makes three'... -
Just be weiry that some bands do not translate well to "Live Performances" , I recommend checking out some of their performances on YouTube before you commit to a 1 or 2 band type ordeal...
I prefer going to concerts that feature multiple bands, like Ozzfest or CPRfest

Everlast is one example... I am an Everlast (Erik Schrody) fan, but his music does not translate well in live performances. Of course not, i seen Everlast in concert.. All of his CD's are voice enhanced, just like The Counting Crows, same crap, his music sounds good on CD, but he cannot fucking sing for shit.. Matter fact my fav song from Counting Crows is - Mr. Jones, and every time he sings it live, he gets the lyrics all mixed up or sings it the way he wants to. DO NOT GO SEE THEM LIVE, its not worth the 48$ tickets i paid for, believe me i was pissed.Originally posted by RL Clown View Post
