I wasn't there, but I don't see reason for making tall tales or making shit up either.
Based on what I read,
I would presume someone old enough to smoke a cigarette would have the common decency courtesy to not blow smoke in someones face. Being asked to not do it again should have by all normal respectful standards of society, been met with a "Sorry" or some form of apology.


Bottom line, when you disrespect your customers you're gonna get fired. If you aren't fired,and continue disrespecting the customer, the buisness will cease to function at its normal levels due no ones coming back. There are few buisnesses based around "disrespect and rudeness" models.

I wasnt there when it happened, so don't know what attitudes were involved on both sides, but yeah, firing someone for exhaling smoke in your face or in your vicinity is over the top. Doubly so if it was outdoors.

I do use shops, if that happened to me I would perhaps tell her to stop doing it depending on how much smoke it was and if it was intentional or not, but ringing the complaint hotline over something like that takes a bit more zeal than I can muster.

Of course, europeans have always been jealous of americans, every game i have ever played the euros always give their opinion about americans, but as being a better 'human being' i revoke myself to talk about other persons countries because every country has its own ways and i fully respect that.
